Quick-Fix combines two sharpening surfaces with different gradations, allowing quick blade removal. Already 3-4 times the blade shift from the tungsten carbide side gives sharpness to the cutting edge, while ceramics are used to smooth it. The rubber handle facilitates grip during sharpening. Factory fixed 45º angle.
Usage:
Place the sharpener on a flat surface. To sharpen the knife, slide 3-4 times slightly pressing the blade through the gap between tungsten carbide (Coarse gradation). To finish the blade, make a few strokes between the Fine gradation ceramic rods (Fine gradation). Finally, clean the edge of the knife thoroughly.
