UBC-04-1 BK - MOLLE single transport handle (Modular Lightweight Load-carrying Equipment). Attached to any vest or backpack equipped with MOLLE standard straps. Thanks to the double row of hooks, it works well with heavier or larger equipment. UBC-04-1 BK allows you to rotate the full 360 degrees of attached equipment, infinitely variable angle settings (blocking it in one of 16 defined positions).
