The blade with the Recurve profile (the best blade for cutting, thanks to the cutting edge, in the shape of a wave) is made of AISI 420 stainless steel with a thickness of 3 mm, covered with Teflon which additionally protects against corrosion.
Plain blade was made with a concave cut causes that it has very good cutting parameters and high cutting fluidity. The oval hole on the blade allows you to conveniently open the knife with one hand for both right and left-handed people.
