X50CrMoV15 (1.4116) - molybdenum-vanadium high carbon martensitic stainless steel, highly resistant to corrosion and wear. Used in the manufacture of knives, high-end cutlery and surgical instruments. It is characterized by a fairly high, for stainless steels, hardness of 56-58 HRC. The chemical composition of the steel was enriched by doping 15.0% Chromium, 0.80% Molybdenum, 0.20% Vanadium.
Blade - solid, 4.1 mm thickness with excellent mechanical properties a Hook blade type - on the ridge, the pelting hook. Smooth blade Plain was made with concave cut (Hollow Grind). The Satin Finish (semi-matte) coating eliminates glare.
