Bludgeoning surface - seamless cold-drawn tube of grade DIN 42CrMo4 steal 4140. The center section, forged and then precision machined, is made of aluminum 7075 T6. The patented combination of steel and aluminum tubes has resulted in an extremely lightweight and durable, strikingly effective defense tool.

Baton AGENT sets new standards in defense technology: reduced baton diameter and grip allows you to carry the bar close to your body / inside your pants, low weight, release button Cap Release and clip Nexus. The classic bar - Friction Loc - opens with a vigorous flick of the wrist. Baton AGENT can be opened in two ways, standard - swing - or unfolded by pulling the end of the bar. This second way is beneficial in situations where you want discretion (no noise) or when circumstances do not allow you to perform a full swagger (squeeze, lack of space around). Baton AGENT can be closed with one hand - just release the locking mechanism DiscLoc, by pressing on the end of the handle release button (Cap Release) and, resting the tip of the baton against any surface, fold the bar.

Steel - designed and manufactured specifically for ASP by German company Krupp. Steel 4140 is by 25% stronger, tougher and more resistant to breakage and mechanical damage than steel 4130. The steel component was hardened to a hardness of 49-57 HRC, guaranteeing high resistance of baton elements to deformation during intensive use. Tip of the bar (Tip) made of carbon steel (carbon steel).

Aluminum - lower by about, losing only 2% of their impact potential. Seamless tubes manufactured specifically for ASP were used to manufacture the item. The same aluminum alloy was used in their construction (7075 T6) from which the breech chambers of rifles are made M16. Thanks to the reduced weight, the effect of inertia has been reduced, making it possible to increase the frequency of the bar's strikes.

Coating - black chrome very hard with high abrasion resistance. Type of coating applied to steel in a process similar to electroplating. Black Chrome does not rust like other coatings, does not fall off or peel off. Finishing Black Chrome provides deep black color and protection against corrosion.

Grab - moleted with spiral micro indentations (Crosstec Knurled Grip) allows a firm and secure grip in all conditions.

Clip - removable Nexus Clip. It can be fixed in many positions m.in. top / bottom which makes it easy to customize how the user carries the baton - hiding the bar and quickly accessing it when needed.
