Chaparral Gray FRN Plain. Chaparral is the name of a shrub from the western part of the United States. It has a unique ability to survive in difficult conditions and quickly regenerate. Chaparral is a unique series of ultralight, compact folders based on the same construction platform, differing in the finish and the type of cladding. Blade - 2 mm thickness with Leaf Shaped profile. Smooth blade (Plain type) was made with full flat cut (Full Flat Grind). The flat cut guarantees excellent cutting edge geometry with a sharp tip, reduces the weight of the knife and presents a beautiful satin finish. An enlarged 14 mm round cutout SpyderHole (Spyderco patent) makes it easier to open the blade with cold or wet hands.
