Hydra, company Hatsan Arms solved once and for all an age-old problem troubling buyers, in what caliber is it best to buy a windcheater? Hydra is a multi-calibre air rifle to which you can buy an additional barrel in one of three calibers .177 (4.5 mm), .22 (5.5 mm) and .25 (6.35 mm).

Barrel - precision threaded with length 17.7" (450 mm) fully covered with a metal shield. Terminated with male thread ½" UNF allowing the attachment of sound attenuator, toss compensator, separator. Patented system Hatsan Arms Versi-Cal Technology (VCT) combines lock with the barrel of a specific caliber into a single module. This allows you to quickly and easily change the caliber of your air rifle by manually unscrewing the bolt holding the lock together with the barrel. Thanks to Versi-Cal optical sights permanently mounted on each barrel / breech module, do not require resetting each time the module is replaced. The constriction at the exit of the barrel called the chok improves focus, affects accuracy of the carbine.

Power supply - fixed compressed air reservoir with a capacity of 165 cc. A fully charged cartridge allows you to shoot from 38 to 48 effective shots depending on the caliber of the windgun (data for version FAC*). The built-in pressure gauge allows you to constantly monitor the pressure in the tank, and thus the degree of its charge. 100 bar minimum working pressure in the cartridge, recommended by the manufacturer.

Important! The air injected (rolled) into the wind gun should be dried, which prevents corrosion of the cartridge. Using the original pump HATSAN HAND PUMP equipped with particle filter (which retains moisture from the air drawn in from outside) and an additional dehumidifier cartridge (which retains residual moisture) prolongs the life (tightness) of the cartridges.

Settlement - perfectly balanced, made of selected turkish walnut. Fluting on the pistol grip and the center of the bed for better control and grip, even with wet hands. Contoured cheek pad Monte Carlo makes it easier to fold as well as aim. Adapted for right and left-handed people, the flask is finished with an adjustable rubber foot. Thanks to the adjustability, the process of configuring the air rifle according to your preferences as well as your shooting style is quick and uncomplicated.

Mounting rail - double mounting rail 11 mm / 22 mm allows mounting of any optical sight.

Clip Magazine-P - magazines with capacities from 10 to 14 shotgun shells depending on the caliber (it is possible to insert only a loaded magazine into the windgun). Reloading is done with the help of a lever Bolt Action located on the right side of the rifle. It causes the "cock" to be pulled, the magazine to be rotated and new shot to be inserted into the barrel chamber. It comes with two magazines for every caliber.

Oxide - all finished in oxidized blue finish. Lock chamber anodized in black.

Accessory equipment - nozzle Quick-Fill to quickly fill the tank with air using pCP pump (Hatsan Hand Pump) or technical / diving cylinder (300 bar). Insert SSA (Single Shot Adapter) allowing the air rifle to be used as a single-shot air rifle. Wrench, set of o-rings, silicone seals. The set is packed in a rigid professional polymer case.

Windmill Hydra is equipped with a number of solutions to improve comfort and safety of use:

• Quattro Trigger, 2-stage fully adjustable trigger mechanism. Length adjustment first way (sterile) and the other way trigger tongue (Trigger Load). Adjustment hardness (sensitivity / resistance) trigger tongue (Trigger Pull). Allows the trigger characteristics to be individualized to the user's requirements for best accuracy.
• Anti-Knock System®, patented system to prevent loss of compressed air in the event of mechanical impact with a windbreaker.
• Manual fuse protecting against uncontrolled firing.

For each wind gun not exceeding 17J, the manufacturer includes a unique Energy Limit Certificate 17 J. The certificate is a document stating the compliance of the product features, and thus the legality of the windcheater with Polish regulations.
