Karambit - a type of knife that originated in Indonesia, with roots in Malaysia and the Philippines. It is characterized by a finger ring and sickle-shaped blade, which is characterized by tremendous cutting efficiency. Niolox - tool steel with good edge holding and high strength. Hardened in the range of 58-60 HRC. It is characterized by aggressive cutting and good impact strength. The name comes from the element niobium (Nb), one of the best carbides, which contributes to the steel's wear resistance. Niolox contains 0.7% of it. Easy to sharpen with moderate corrosion resistance, it contains 12.7% chromium (Cr). Manufactured by German steelmaker Lohmann.
Black Idroglider® Stone Washed - the blade has undergone a Stone Washed finish that masks minor scratches. Subsequently, the durability of the blade surface and cutting edge was enhanced with a scratch-resistant, matte black non-reflective protective coating made of PTFE. It ensures long life and resistance to rust.
Blade - Clip Point type solid with a thickness of 4 mm. Finished with a scratch-masking Stone Washed method and then coated with black Teflon-based Black Idroglider® coating. The high, flat grind (Flat Grind) gives excellent cutting edge geometry and extreme cutting performance. To maintain full control of the blade, the back of the blade is covered with an upper jimping, notched thumb rest.
Handle - non-slip textured grips for better grip. Made of G10 plastic, which is resistant to mechanical damage, chemicals, low temperatures.
