Black Hand Rubbed Damascus - stainless, blackened Damascus steel with unique pattern. Finished using the Black Hand Rubbed method of blackened, hand rubbed damascus. A blade consisting of two different types of steel, forged and put together in different ways to produce this amazing pattern. It is characterized by high hardness in the range of 58-60 HRC.
Blade - satin finished clip point type. The thick belly extends the length of the cutting edge in relation to the length of the blade converging towards a needle-sharp tip. The high, concave Hollow Grind provides powerful slicing performance while the aggressively hollowed clip point is suitable for piercing and precision work. Ceramic ball bearings assist in opening the blade with a thumb cutout or quick flipper flipper (index-finger flipper). Finger choil, index-finger notch facilitates use during precision tasks. All locked with proven liner lock.
Handle - facings made of white G10 and black Carbon Fiber composite. Cover surface with imitation bolster and deep texture for better grip and appearance.
