14C28N - martensitic chrome stainless steel is the latest development in the range of knife steels produced by Sandvik's Swedish mills. An optimized chemical composition with a unique combination provides superior quality, excellent edge performance, high hardness and corrosion resistance. Blade - slim and sharp Drop Point type, perfectly presents Black Stonewashed finish. The smooth Plain blade has a high Hollow Grind for strength, cutting edge geometry and extreme cutting and penetration performance. The blade is mounted on ceramic ball bearings which support the blade advancement mechanism. Thanks to them the folder can be efficiently unfolded by means of Front Flipper. All locked with proven Liner Lock.
Handle - black G-10 (glass fiber compressed with synthetic resin), textured for better grip. The whole is mounted to stainless steel liners. Simple, solid construction provides assurance of long-term use. Open-backed construction without typical backspacer, fastened with steel spacers for easy cleaning in the field.
