Steel
1.4116, X50CrMoV15 - molybdenum-vanadium steel used for high-end knives, cutlery and surgical instruments. It is characterized by relatively high, as for stainless steels, hardness. Resistant to corrosion in kitchen conditions. It is a recommendable alternative to 1.4034 / X46Cr13 / 4H13. Chemical composition is enriched by Chromium content, addition of Molybdenum and Vanadium.
Blade
Drop Point profile, 2.0 mm thick, made of 57-59 HRC hardened stainless steel. The surface of the blade was finished with matte, non-reflective coating. Low scandi grind with a hell of a sharp cutting edge and excellent durability.
Handle
Covered with durable ABS plastic liners in an easy to find dark blue color. Contoured handle provides a secure, safe grip. The knife lies very well in hand, does not slip and can be easily operated in any conditions. Additionally fingers are protected by one-piece rim.
Sheath
Ultralight plastic sheath with notched ramp (on the side of the spine of the blade) to facilitate quick and safe draw of the knife from the holster with one hand. Attached with a belt clip or to your equipment allows you to carry the knife in an upright position.
