D2 - high-carbon, high-chromium high-speed tool steel heat-treated to 59-60 HRC. With a high chromium content of 13.0% (Cr), it offers greater corrosion resistance than most high-carbon steels. Combines strength, excellent edge holding and easy sharpening. Features high wear resistance due to high carbide content in the microstructure.

Blade - Hawkbill type coated with Black Stonewash masking minor scratches. The rounded shape of the blade is characterized by great efficiency and speed of cutting. Hawkbill mimics the way an eagle's claw or a tiger's claw rips through, piercing and cutting at the same time. The shape of the blade allows you to control the object being cut, keeping it on the curved sharpened edge, preventing it from slipping off the end of the blade. It works well in extreme situations, easily handling the cutting of even thick webbing, cords or ropes. Hole at the end of the handle (Finger Hole).

Handle - an extension of the steel of the blade. The fore finger groove, along with the finger circle (finger hole), improves grip security. It also allows you to work without putting the knife down, when not in use it hangs loosely hooked to the translated finger.
