Bastien Coves - French knife maker, founder and owner of Bastinelli Creations. His passion for knives grew out of a 7-year-old boy's fascination with them. Growing up, he was exposed to many models of knives and decided to create his own. Coves gained experience with famous knife makers such as Christian Moretti and François Bignon. His knives are characterized by high quality and unique designs. Coves confesses: "I first created a fully handmade knife in my head before pouring ideas onto paper. Now these custom knives come to life in my workshop, thanks to people who share my passion." Each of his knives is handmade, guaranteeing their uniqueness.

N690Co - cobalt-rich 1.65% (Co) corrosion-resistant, high-carbon 1.07% (C) martensitic chromium steel 17.30% (Cr) with molybdenum 1.10% (Mo), vanadium 0.10% (V). Developed to provide better wear resistance compared to the original Böhler N690 steel, but with higher cobalt (Co) content in its composition. It features exceptionally high corrosion resistance and long edge retention. One of the best tool steels in the world today. Hardened in the range of 59-61 HRC. Manufactured by Böhler Edelstahl in Kapfenberg, Austria.

Friction folder - does not have a lock as such, in the closed position, we have a protruding piece of steel on the front. When unfolded, the hand locks this fragment to the back of the handle, preventing the knife from accidentally folding.

Blade - Sheepfoot with an aggressive shape and a slightly marked belly, finished with an elegant satin finish. The massive blade combined with a high flat grind (Flat Grind) gives excellent cutting edge geometry and extreme cutting performance. Smooth operation of the opening mechanism of the blade, which can be opened with a protruding lever, which allows right- and left-handed people to operate the knife.

Handle - made of FRN (Fiberglass Reinforced Nylon) composite, a lightweight material, insensitive to weather conditions, resistant to chemicals and mechanical damage. The texture of the material provides a comfortable and secure grip. The chamfering of the covers eliminates sharp edges, and the fore finger groove on the front improves grip security. The so-called open-backed design without the typical backspacer, attached to each other with steel spacer sleeves for easy cleaning. The simple, secure design gives confidence for many years of use. In the rear part of the lanyard hole, a hole for threading a safety or decorative cord.
