Muela Sherpa 18-C Brown Micarta, Satin, outdoor machete with full tang construction. Satin-finished X50CrMoV15 stainless steel blade. Comfortable micarta handle. An excellent helper for hunting, outdoor activities or survival.

1.4116 (X50CrMoV15) - molybdenum-vanadium high-carbon, martensitic stainless steel, highly resistant to corrosion and wear. Used in the manufacture of knives, high-end cutlery and surgical instruments. It is characterized by a fairly high, for stainless steels, hardness of 57-58 HRC. The chemical composition of the steel is enriched with an admixture of 15.0% Chromium, 0.80% Molybdenum, 0.20% Vanadium.

Blade - Cleaver (chopper) type with a straight line of the cutting edge. Plain blade was derived with Flat Grind which provides excellent cutting properties combined with excellent durability. The large choil makes it easier to operate the machete for more precise work.

Handle - profiled, covered with polished waterproof micarta grips. Provides a comfortable, secure grip. Through rivets attaching the grip covers are made of high nickel brass. The deep finger groove creates a mini guard to prevent the hand from slipping on the blade. The back of the Handle has a hole for a safety line (included).

Sheath - made of well-tanned natural beef leather in brown color. On the surface embossed logo of the manufacturer. Sheath is stitched on the edges with decorative thread. Mounting to the belt or to the equipment of your equipment allows you to carry the knife in an upright position.
