Super Clean® Damascus by Balbach Damast® - is a stainless, martensiticDamascus steel characterized by good sharpness holding by the cutting edge, very fine structure and high working hardness. The layers of steel joined by the composite welding process do not delaminate during further hot forming or grinding. This guarantees production reliability. Because of the blade steel's favorable properties and reliability, which are important in production and processing, this Damascus steel is particularly well suited for use in industrial production. Manufactured by Balbach Damast®.
Blade - with Sheepsfoot profile, 2.0 mm thick, made of stainless damast, etched in acid for pattern extraction. Plain blade was derived with Full Flat Grind, which, combined with the slight thickness of the blade, provides above-average cutting properties. The blade opens with a nail nick on the Blade. And here is another innovation, instead of a troublesome notch we have a hole in the wedge thanks to which opening is much easier.
Handle - grips made of Dark Matter Fat Carbon composite, practically indestructible plastic insensitive to weather conditions, resistant to chemicals and mechanical damage with a beautiful design. The simple shape fits perfectly in any hand. In the back a wide hole for threading a belay or decorative cord.
