360,85 €This product is intended for use only by adults with knowledge and experience in handling sharp cutting tools. Improper use of the knife can result in serious injuries. The blade is extremely sharp and can easily cut through skin and tissue; therefore, extra caution should always be exercised while cutting, and hands should be kept away from the cutting edge. To prevent the knife from slipping, it is recommended to cut on a stable, non-slip surface and avoid excessive force, which may cause uncontrolled blade movement.
Leaving the knife on the edge of a table, countertop, or in easily accessible places—especially where children are present—poses a significant safety risk. The knife should always be properly secured after use, ideally by placing it on a stable surface or storing it in designated knife blocks, protective sheaths, or magnetic strips. The knife should never be used for tasks it is not designed for, such as opening cans or prying objects, as this can damage the tool and lead to dangerous accidents.
A dull blade increases the risk of injury, as it requires more force and is more likely to slip from the material being cut. Therefore, it is essential to sharpen the knife regularly to maintain optimal sharpness. Additionally, proper cleaning and drying of the knife are necessary to prevent corrosion and bacterial growth. Periodic inspection of the handle and blade is recommended to check for cracks, chips, or looseness. If any damage is detected, the knife should be repaired or replaced immediately.
When using the knife, focus solely on the task at hand—avoid talking on the phone, watching television, or other distractions while cutting. Ensure proper lighting in the workspace for better visibility and control. Please note that some countries or regions have laws restricting the ownership and carrying of knives. Before purchasing or using this knife, verify that its use is legal in your location according to applicable regulations.
Following these safety guidelines will help ensure safe and effective knife use, minimizing the risk of accidents and extending the lifespan of the tool.
Stitch Ram-Lok S/E Black Fluted G10, Apocalyptic F/S a manual version of the bold design of the versatile tactical knife, a collaboration between Sebastijan Berenji and Microtech. The wide blade and the straight handle, which is comfortable to grip, make for a strong tactical knife that has been manufactured with attention to detail and using the best materials. A faithful companion that will never let you down.
Borka Blades (Sebastijan Berenji) is a very popular custom knife maker with skills that attract a large following of blade enthusiasts. Sebastijan was born and raised in Yugoslavia and became a US citizen in 2016. The company is named after his late mother, Borka. A few years after starting his career as a knifemaker, he designed a unique folding knife that attracted a lot of attention among collectors and enthusiasts. Not only did he draw attention to himself, but he also caught the eye of Microtech Knives CEO Anthony Marfione, who offered him a partnership.
M390MK - thanks to the cooperation of Microtech and Böhler engineers, an exclusive version of M390 steel was created, made only for Microtech. The carbon content was increased and subjected to more thorough control, improving the properties of M390 steel to ensure better edge retention, corrosion resistance and polishing. A martensitic high-performance chromium steel produced using powder metallurgy. Due to the alloy concept, it is characterized by extremely high wear resistance and high corrosion resistance. Due to its high wear resistance, it keeps its edge well, which means that the blade stays sharp for a very long time (minimal maintenance required). Another advantage is that it is resistant to “wire” formation during sharpening. Steel with a high chromium content of 19.0% (Cr) and an admixture of 1.95% carbon (C), 4.0% vanadium (V), hardened to 59-61 HRC. This super steel is comparable to Carpenter's CPM 20CV or CTS-204P steels. Manufactured by Böhler Edelstahl in Kapfenberg, Austria.
Ram-Lok™ (Crossbar Lock) - a transverse bar that moves horizontally within longitudinal cutouts in the steel liners of the handle’s frame. When the knife is opened, the locking bar engages the rear portion of the blade from above, preventing it from returning to the closed position. The bar is pressed forward by two springs. Unlocking occurs by pulling the bar backward; its ends are accessible through cutouts in the handle scales on both sides. In the closed position, the bar presses against the cam surface at the rear of the blade, preventing accidental opening. The advantages of the Ram-Lok mechanism include high resistance to dirt and debris, practical immunity to dynamic loads, easy operation with either hand, and smooth, lightweight action.
Blade - a wide, S/E (Single Edge) Spear Point profile, F/S (Fully Serrated). Features a matte Apocalyptic finish that creates a distinctive aged and battle-worn look. The gently curved cutting edge tapers toward a needle-sharp tip. The solid blade thickness combined with a flat grind provides excellent cutting performance while maintaining high durability. The long false edge along the spine further enhances the already impressive piercing capability. The knife is opened via a wide, oval thumb hole in the blade. For full control, a large, jimped finger choil is placed at the base of the blade, while upper jimping on the spine provides a textured thumb rest. The entire mechanism is secured with a comfortable Ram-Lok.
Handle - is CNC-machined with the highest precision from G-10 composite, featuring a deeply milled, three-dimensional 3D Fluted texture. The wide locking slider with Microtech’s signature stepped design (X Button) ensures secure and comfortable operation. The handle scales are connected with a solid aluminum backspacer. A reversible (right/left) pocket clip allows for discreet carry in the tip-up position. The protruding section of the backspacer with a lanyard hole can also serve as an improvised glass breaker.
