518,18 €Orc Boss Champagne Titanium/Twill Carbon Fiber, Stonewashed is a design by Grant Chambers, realized by WE Knife Co. as a folder without compromise - combining technological aggression, design authority and full-fledged functionality. The design is based on a Handle made of titanium, enriched with an insert made of Twill Carbon Fiber, and every aspect of this knife - from form to mechanics - has been subordinated to maximum control and stability. Blade is made of CPM 20CV steel , known for its very high sharpness retention and wear resistance - it's a premium material, designed for heavy use without sacrificing precision performance. Its profile and grind support the smoothness of cutting, precision guidance and resistance to overloading during use. The stonewashed finish not only emphasizes the technical nature of the blade, but also effectively masks traces of use. The Handle has been refined for ergonomics and durability, and precision titanium milling ensures high rigidity while maintaining user comfort. The Twill Carbon Fiber insert gives the body of the knife a unique look and improves grip, especially at the contact points with the hand. A minimalist clip and a smooth thumb stud opening mechanism complete the design, which combines the features of a tactical tool and an exclusive collector's folder.
Grant Chambers is a Canadian silversmith by training and knife maker by passion, who has been designing and making his own blades for more than fifteen years, combining the precision of jewelry craftsmanship with utilitarian functionality. He created his first knife out of a fascination with form and material - today he sketches new designs every day, where practicality rather than decorativeness remains the priority. His works range from modern folding knives with distinctive blade geometry to unique pieces with collector value, which attracts enthusiasts looking for tools with individual character and high quality workmanship.
CPM 20CV - one of the best tool steels, a premium American martensitic stainless steel. Produced by US Crucible Industries using the particle metallurgy / Crucible® Particle Metallurgy(CPM) method. The CPM process creates a very homogeneous, high-quality steel with excellent dimensional stability, grindability and ductility compared to steels produced by conventional methods. Designed to provide better wear resistance while maintaining corrosion resistance at the highest level. This super steel is comparable to Bohler's M390 steel or Carpenter's CTS-204P. According to some knife manufacturers, 20CV is the best of these three steels in terms of edge retention. It consists of 1.9% carbon (C), 20.0% chromium (Cr), 4.0% vanadium (V), 1.0% molybdenum (Mo) and 0.6% tungsten (W). The high percentage of chromium with a touch of molybdenum makes 20CV one of the best high-end corrosion-resistant steels.
Blade – Hawkbill profile, made from CPM 20CV powdered steel. The stonewashed finish gives the blade a lightly aged, satin-matte appearance and effectively conceals minor scratches and marks from use. The aggressively shaped blade profile with a dynamic curvature promotes precise cutting while providing additional material in key working areas, increasing overall structural stability. A precise compound grind supports smooth material penetration, while the appropriate spine thickness prevents blade flex and enhances cutting confidence under load. The integrated thumb stud allows intuitive, controlled blade deployment, ensuring smooth operation and meeting the high standards of WE Knife.
Handle - based on milled titanium, guarantees structural rigidity, high mechanical resistance and optimal weight distribution. Its form was designed for a strong, stable grip - pronounced curves and undercuts guide the hand in a natural way, supporting control even during prolonged work. The Twill Carbon Fiber insert not only adds to the aesthetic appeal, but also enhances the grip and ergonomics of hand contact with the knife's surface. Thanks to the precise fit of materials and attention to finish, the handle retains a modern, sculptural character, without sacrificing comfort in use. A clip with an integrated, minimalist form allows the knife to be carried comfortably and discreetly. The Orc Boss design combines massiveness, technological precision and premium aesthetics, creating a high-end folder designed for the most demanding users.
