Manufactured as individual equipment for officers of higher ranks and for parade and representative functions, e.g., during appointment to higher ranks.
Coating - the baton is coated with an abrasion-resistant coating TiN (titanium nitride) in color golden. The main characteristics of titanium nitride layer are: very high hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, low coefficient of friction, worse thermal conductivity than steel, golden color. The chemical properties are also not insignificant TiN: does not react with H2, N2, CO, is inert to HCl, HNO3, H2SO4.
Charger - patented design allows the handle to rotate a full 360° and blocking in one of 16 items. The baton can be carried submitted or unfolded in vertical, horizontal as well as any other. The case is made of heavy-duty (heavy-duty), hardened polypropylene in black.
UBC-05 - (Quick Change System) universal belt attachment retractable - allows for quick replacement baton holder for another holder with a rotating mechanism. Thanks to the highly flexible system, the user has the ability to swap the equipment for whatever he or she needs at the moment. Telescopic baton holster, can be exchanged for magazine loader or flashlight case. Mounting UBC-05 fits most belt widths 32-50 mm, and after removing the adjustment from the handle even up to 60 mm (police belt / duty belt). In order to prevent the equipment from moving on the belt, for example, while running, the mount is equipped with two adjustment screws, with which we lock the mount in the required place on the belt.
Steel - tensile resistant Cro-Mo 4130 - low carbon alloy containing chromium and molybdenum (withstands high tensile, bending and tearing loads). In the production of the components, the following were used seamless tubes cold-drawn CSN 12060 grade (Czech standard) = CK55 - DIN 17200, C55E - EN 10083-1 + A1 from Cro-Mo 4130 steel.
Hardness - the steel parts were hardened to 40-50 HRC, this guarantees high resistance of the baton to deformation during intensive use.
Handle - profiled ergonomic grip type HE (Ergonomic) in color black. Made of anti-allergic flexible synthetic rubber. The handle lining fits well in the hand - it doesn't slip from wet hands either. Strong, secure grip allows for precise movements during use
Important! In the case of new batons telescopic there may be difficulties associated with the first closure. In order for the bar to work efficiently / properly reached we recommend unfolding it several times without using excessive force.
