Blade - type clip point made of CPM S35VN steel, currently one of the most popular steels used in high-end knives. Opens with a front flipper, so it can be easily used by left- and right-handed people. On both sides in the upper part of the blade there is a milled recess, thanks to which the knife can be opened in the classic way. Ceramic ball bearings ensure smooth operation of the opening mechanism. The small thickness of the blade in combination with the high, concave grind gives us cutting properties almost on the level of a razor. The blade was finished with "gray stonewash" method. The entire blade is locked by a Double Detent Slip Joint, making our Appalachian knife perfectly legal in many countries where locking knives are banned.
Handle - dark green micarta facings, screwed to the steel frame of the knife. The backspacer is made of the same material. The simplicity and solidity of the construction give the assurance of many years of use. A one-position (right side) deep carry clip made of steel allows the knife to be carried in tip-up position. In the back of the backspacer there is a hidden lanyard hole for attaching a safety or decorative cord. As in other models, the pivot is decorated with a stylized logo of the manufacturer.
The set includes an elegant pouch for carrying/storing the knife, decorated with the company logo.
