Usage:
1. Before use, soak the stone in water for about 15 minutes or use sharpening oil (only use one method for each stone).
2. Hold the knife at an angle of 15°-30° to the stone. Important! Keep a constant angle when sharpening.
3. Move the knife forward and backward at the same pace while applying light pressure.
4. Use the entire surface of the stone when sharpening.
5. The stone should be kept moist while sharpening.
6. When burrs appear during sharpening, change the side to the other - drag the blade over the stone to smooth out the burrs.
7. Finally, clean the edge of the blade carefully.
