1.4028 (3H13, X30CR13) - is a martensitic, chromium steel grade of the group of stainless steels intended for hardening and tempering. Steel is included in the list of related equivalents - 0H13, 1H13, 2H13 and 4H13 - a group of materials without Nickel, containing an average of 13% Chromium, which are distinguished mainly by the carbon content in the chemical composition, and thus higher strength properties. The differences have a significant impact on the possibility of obtaining particular hardness ranges and the level of corrosion resistance, where 3H13 / X30Cr13 is a balanced choice between 2H13 and 4H13.
