VG-10 - a grade of stainless tool alloy steel created in Japan specifically for making premium blades and knives. The steel's recipe was created by Takefu Special Steel co. Ltd, whose headquarters are located in Takefu, Fukui Prefecture. Initially used in the production of kitchen knives, it quickly found use as an excellent material for utility blades. Due to import restrictions, almost all knives made of VG-10 steel are produced in Seki, Japan.

Blade - Drop Point type with a striking Two Tone finish, amphibians in Stonewash, the rest satin-finished. The curved cutting edge converges towards the needle-sharp tip of the knife. The thickness of the blade provides high strength while the high, flat grind gives excellent cutting edge geometry and extreme cutting performance. Ball bearings support the smooth opening of the blade, which can be opened with a dual thumb stud in the wedge on both sides. This allows right- and left-handed people to use the knife without any problems. The whole thing is locked by a simple and proven Frame Lock with the additional security of the Beta-Plus locking leaf.

Handle - on the presentation side, the grips are made of G-10 composite (pressure-pressed fiberglass with synthetic resin) covered with fine texture. On the lock side, solid titanium. The grips are screwed to a solid backspacer, further stiffening the entire structure. The simple, solid construction gives the assurance of many years of use.
