154CM - high quality stainless tool steel used in the manufacture of knives and other cutting tools. A premium steel that offers excellent edge retention, strength and corrosion resistance. Developed by US Crucible Industries, which specializes in producing alloys for industrial applications. It contains a combination of carbon, chromium, molybdenum and vanadium, which give it exceptional properties.
