Ranger Bowie Olive Wood, Satin, a large hunting knife made of X50CrMoV15 steel. The steel has undergone CRYO-T cryogenic treatment, also known as steel freezing. This improves the hardness and strength of the blade. Handle made of olive wood. It will not fail in any situation!

X50CrMoV15 (1.4116) - molybdenum-vanadium high carbon martensitic stainless steel, highly resistant to corrosion and wear. Used in the manufacture of knives, high-end cutlery and surgical instruments. It is characterized by a fairly high, for stainless steels, hardness of 56-58 HRC. The chemical composition of the steel was enriched by doping 15.0% Chromium, 0.80% Molybdenum, 0.20% Vanadium.

The steel was subjected to CRYO-T cryogenic treatment, also known as freeze-thawing. CRYO-T results in a homogeneous internal structure of the steel which translates into a significant increase in the strength of the blade, increasing resistance to impact, stress and torsion.

Blade - a solid Bowie type blade finished elegantly with Satin finish. Despite its thickness, the full flat grind provides excellent cutting qualities combined with superb durability. A low descending guard prevents fingers from slipping on the blade while working. 

Handle - made of beautiful and durable olive wood with a unique design. Profiled Handle eliminates sharp edges for comfortable grip. Decorative pin adds a traditional look. Garda and head made of brass.

Sheath - hand-stitched, made of top quality brown cowhide with embossed manufacturer's logo. The edges of the case are stitched with decorative thread. Fastened with a Prym type snap. The belt attachment allows the knife to be carried in an upright position.
