Sheath is compatible with the M.O.L.L.E. system , which allows you to easily carry the knife clipped to your equipment. The practical Clip Point type blade , is made of 80CrV2 tool steel, sourced from German Thyssen-Krupp steel mills. Armiger 4 is a combination of functionality, durability and aesthetics. It is a product that is sure to meet the expectations of even the most demanding users, anyone looking for a reliable tool for everyday use.
Andrew Demko - owner and founder of Demko Knives, first started forging chisels in 1988, when he was in seventh grade. He immediately realized it was his passion and began forging knives almost immediately. Like many blacksmiths, Andrew began his journey in the garage, honing blade shapes and sharpening them on a small grinder. Andrew's passion for engineering and attention to detail was noticed by the well-known Cold Steel company. At Cold Steel, Andrew developed some of the most innovative and powerful locking mechanisms in the industry. The legendary Tri-Ad Lock, Scorpion Lock, and most recently the one-handed operator's dream - the Shark-Lock.
80CrV2 (NCV1) is a low-alloy tool steel, which means it contains small amounts of other elements. In this case, those extra elements are chromium and vanadium. They improve the performance of the steel, making it even stronger and more resistant to wear. The application of NCV1 is wide. Thanks to its high mechanical strength and wear resistance, it is the material of choice in industries where high strength parameters are required. 80CrV2 (NCV1) is a tool steel with exceptional properties, its strength and wear resistance make it an ideal choice for those who need a material with high strength parameters. Whether it's manufacturing machinery, tools or automotive parts, 80CrV2 (NCV1) is a steel you can rely on.
Blade - Tanto type , coated with black powder protective coating. Geometric transition extends the length of the cutting edge in relation to the length of the slender blade converging towards the needle-sharp tip of the knife. The thickness of the blade provides high strength while the high, flat grind gives excellent cutting edge geometry and extreme cutting performance.
Handle - grips made of thermoplastic material insensitive to weather conditions and resistant to chemicals. The texture of the material provides a comfortable and secure grip. At the blade a double-sided guard to prevent the hand from slipping on the Blade. In the rear part a hole for threading a safety or decorative cord.
Sheath - made of kydex, extended. Thanks to the innovative design compatible with the M.O.L.L.E. system, we can, for example, attach it to the equipment. In the lower part a drainage hole for draining water.
