CPM MagnaCut powdered stainless steel produced by the Crucible® Particle Metallurgy (CPM) process hardened between 60.5-62.5 HRC. The high content of vanadium 4.0% (V), molybdenum 2.0% (Mo) and niobium 2.0% (Nb) guarantees accuracy and purity unmatched by more "conventional" steels. Blade - drop point type, finished in an elegant Satin method. The generous belly extends the length of the cutting edge in relation to the length of the blade converging towards the needle-sharp tip of the knife. The thickness of the blade provides high strength while the high, flat grind guarantees excellent cutting properties almost on the level of a razor. Ceramic ball bearings support the opening of the blade with a quick index-finger flipper (flipper) when opened acting as a stag. The entire blade is locked with the proven and popular frame lock with a steel insert to prevent the lock face from rubbing off.
ReF - (Removable Flipper System) located on the underside of the blade protrusion / flipper fin assisted by Double Crown makes it easy to open the blade with one hand. It consists of a small lever (protrusion) that extends beyond the back of the Handle when the Blade is closed. In the open position, the protrusion acts as a stinger, protecting the hand from slipping on the blade. In the folder, it is possible to unscrew the Removable Flipper System lever (unscrew the flipper fin, then insert the second screw included in the box) and open the blade with both hands. This is important in countries where there is a ban on knives with one-handed opening blades in public places.
Handle - pieces of solid titanium, the grips were screwed to a CNC-milled titanium backspacer, which means that such a design is virtually indestructible. Chamfering of the cover eliminates sharp edges for comfort, and the fore finger groove made at the front improves grip security. A two-position (right/left) titanium deep clip allows you to carry the knife discreetly in tip-up (tip up) position. Under the clip, lanyard hole, a hole for a safety or decorative cord.
